Within the framework of the Energy Training Center's educational project, "The Journey of Electricity: From Generation to Everyday Use, the Deputy Director of Safety Academia, Ilona Chukhua, conducted an informational session for participants of the Summer School, focusing on vocational education, career development, and employment opportunities within the energy sector.
During the session, participants received valuable insights into vocational pathways in the energy industry, current labour market demands, and the opportunities that vocational education offers young people in building successful professional careers. Special emphasis was placed on the importance of a skilled workforce, the role of practice-oriented learning, and the contribution of vocational education to the sustainable development of the energy sector.
