Learning Resources
We are the only college in Georgia with 4 full-scale specialized laboratories. As part of our program, students have the opportunity to work on real equipment under instructor supervision.
Lab 1
Full-scale scaffold frame — height 4.5 m. The student assembles the actual structure in teams, under instructor supervision. Full IPE kit provided by the center — developed for the Georgian context.
Lab 2
Controlled burn area — students observe fire physics and the effectiveness of firefighting tools on different types of combustion. Evacuation simulator for a 30-seat room.
Lab 3
Our laboratory is equipped with a complete LOTO (Lock-Out / Tag-Out) kit. The student practices safe isolation, arc flash avoidance, and assessing electrical shock hazards.
Lab 4
A full-scale simulator—the Resusci Anne CPR mannequin, an AED simulator, and a wound training kit. The student practices for real-life scenarios: CPR, AED use, wound care, and shock management.
