Our Story

Since 2014, Safety Academia College has been transforming the occupational safety training landscape in Georgia—from a single classroom to the HSE center for the Caucasus region.

2015

Establishment of the Security Academy

A group of occupational safety practitioners founded an organization — just as the country was beginning to implement new European standards and approaches to vocational education under the Association Agreement between Georgia and the European Union. The founders clearly understood their professional responsibility—their work is directly connected to protecting human life, health, and a safe working environment.

2018

First accredited program

The Academy obtained the right to implement the specialist in occupational safety in Georgia. The First Accredited Training Program. The approach was different from purely theoretical teaching from the very beginning—the emphasis was on practical skills, the challenges of a real work environment, and making effective decisions.

2024

Authorization of a Vocational College

The organization obtained authorization as a vocational college and was established as „"Safety Academy Vocational College"“. This step enabled the institution to implement state-recognized vocational education programs and to become even more actively involved in the development of the country's vocational education system.

Today

Leading Specialized College

Today, the college is one of the leading specialized educational institutions in Georgia in the fields of occupational safety, environmental protection, renewable energy, energy efficiency, and other technical disciplines. Over the years, we have trained thousands of specialists who are now successfully working in various sectors.
